After 25+ years performing on stage, I decided to channel my deep understanding of the body and movement into helping others lead healthier, more active lives.

My journey from the world of professional dance to fitness training was a natural transition. Dance instilled in me a profound appreciation for the body's potential and the importance of maintaining strength, flexibility, and endurance. These are the same principles I bring to my work as a fitness trainer, where I focus on helping my clients achieve their best physical selves-no matter where they're starting from.
Specializing in Clients Aged 40+
I understand that as we age, our fitness needs change. Thats why I've dedicated my practice to working with clients aged 40 and older. I know firsthand the unique challenges that come with this stage of life, from maintaining muscle mass to improving mobility and managing weight. My programs are specifically designed to address these challenges, helping you feel stronger, more energized, and confident in your body.
